I have engaged Kosta as Property Manager for my rental. Previously I have been self managing but the relationship with the tenants had become way to informal and the tenants would let rent slip and not make themselves available for inspections. Since having Kosta on the job he has taken charge of the situation and has pulled everything back into line. Kosta is no nonsense, professional and has high attention to detail.
